Nuno Espirito Santo and Tottenham will closely follow the Conference Europa League play-off draw on Monday in Nyon, Switzerland.
Qualified for UEFA’s new club competition after finishing seventh last season, Spurs enter the play-offs rather than advance directly to the group stage.
To qualify for the group stage of the competition which begins in mid-September, the Lilywhites will have to go through a two-way play-off at the end of next month.
Roma, now led by José Mourinho, are part of the squad that will take part in the play-offs, as are Union Berlin and Rennes.

Although the third qualifying round does not start until next Thursday, the play-off draw will take place at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 2.
UEFA has now split the teams into mini-groups ahead of the draw, reducing the number of teams that can be matched on Monday.
Well it is now possible that Espirito Santo’s side at Tottenham will face Scottish side Aberdeen for a place in the group stage of the Europa Conference League.
Engaged in the main lane of the draw rather than the lane of champions, the Lilywhites are one of the seeded teams in Group One.
This means Spurs can potentially face the winner of CSKA Sofia v NK Osijek, Pacos de Ferreira v Larne, Bredablik v Aberdeen or FK Cukaricki v Hammarby.
However, Tottenham will not find out their exact opponent until after the conclusion of the third qualifying round on Thursday 12 August.
