TOTTENHAM could welcome Harry Kane again this week, with the forward apparently planning to make himself available for selection.
Nuno Espirito Santo left the 28-year-old out of Spurs’ Premier League win over Manchester City on Sunday.
After an extended absence over the holidays, Kane only resumed training on Friday and was not deemed fit enough to feature.
City have been heavily linked with a £ 150million transfer for the England star, although Tottenham are determined not to sell him.
Instead, Nuno challenged him to quickly get in tune with Thursday’s next Europa League trip on their fixture list.
According to athleticism, Kane will be reinstated in the squad’s training sessions this week.
And the striker plans to make himself available for selection as soon as possible.
The final decision rests with manager Nuno, who has two clashes with Pacos de Ferreira to plan as well as Sunday’s Prem meeting with Wolves.

Kane was included in the 25-man team for the play-offs, unlike Serge Aurier and Tanguy Ndombele.
Speaking after the 1-0 win over City, Nuno called on the player to “prepare”.
He said: “Harry is one of the best players in the world so we are very lucky to have him.
“He has to prepare and help the team. We still have to go to Portugal and then we think of Wolves.
“Harry worked [on Sunday] morning, get ready and when he’s ready, he’ll join the group and help the team. “
The Primeira Liga side will host Tottenham in northern Portugal on Thursday for the play-off first leg, with the return to London a week later.
No outside fans will be allowed to either match, due to coronavirus travel restrictions.
The winner qualifies for the first group stage of the competition, which will be drawn on August 27.
